About This Role
- Manage product backlog and define project plans with US-based client Product Managers in retail technology.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and guide offshore engineering teams to ensure efficient sprint execution and dependency resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA and Release Management to ensure aligned delivery and quality releases.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years overall industry experience with 3-4 years relevant in retail and e-commerce domain.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and collaborative design tools like Figma.
- Work hours must overlap with US business hours during IST evenings.

- Experienced in retail tech product ownership with ability to translate complex business and technical needs into actionable requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional, offshore teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
