About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web applications, APIs, and end-to-end workflows.
- Implement AI-driven testing approaches including AI agents and prompt engineering to improve test generation, coverage, and defect analysis.
- Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous testing within the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–9 years of experience in QA Automation or Software Quality Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with any modern automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO).
- Programming/scripting experience in any language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
- Experience with API testing/automation and REST APIs; exposure to AI-driven testing and tools like OpenAI or Azure OpenAI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying AI techniques (Generative AI, AI agents, prompt engineering) to enhance test automation and quality engineering.
- Proven ability to own automation initiatives end-to-end from design to implementation within Agile or CI/CD environments.
- Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, QA) to embed AI-driven quality practices into software development.
