About This Role
- Design, integrate, and manage high performance computing (HPC) systems including hardware and software components within organizational network infrastructure.
- Implement and manage cloud-based HPC infrastructure supporting AI/ML workflows and data science with focus on security, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Provide technical leadership, develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multi-cloud environments, and monitor cluster operations and cloud systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 8-12 years of hands-on HPC administration experience.
- Demonstrable experience with cloud computing (preferably AWS), containerization (Docker, Singularity), and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Git).
- Expertise in scripting (Python or Bash), Linux/Unix system administration (Red Hat or Ubuntu), job scheduling/resource management tools (SLURM, PBS, LSF), and storage architectures (Lustre, GPFS, Ceph).
- Mandatory professional certifications include Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC) and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional.
