About This Role
- Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Ensure platform availability and stability with on-call support for application issues.
- Participate in planning, analysis, testing, and implementation of system changes, including user training and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce development including Apex, LWC, Lightning Experience, Salesforce Flow, and Visualforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration including security, profiles, permission sets, and business process automation (Flow, approval processes).
- Must be located in Bangalore, India; initial 6 months full-time office work transitioning to hybrid; shift timings include 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working within Agile development teams, preferably using SCRUM methodology.
- Ability to handle integrations and APIs, with knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce ecosystems.
- Capable of managing critical production issues and delivering technical consultations with pros, cons, and risks during project delivery.
