MBA/BBA and/or B-Tech Graduate degree.
Experienced in global stakeholder management across multiple time zones and cultures, with ability to challenge and accommodate business requirements.
Strong technical aptitude including ability to develop and use tools in MS Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Proven track record of delivering process and technology changes with measurable business outcomes, especially within regulated industries like Financial Services.
