About This Role
- Lead design, development, and operation of scalable, distributed, data-intensive microservices for Autodesk’s Search Infrastructure powering Industry Clouds such as Fusion, Forma, and Flow.
- Be accountable for key business outcomes and contribute to long-term strategy of Search Platform services.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing, geo-distributed engineering team while driving engineering excellence and customer-centric delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-16 years of industry experience designing and developing cloud-scale, highly available server applications and services.
- Proficiency in Java or similar languages and expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Experience leading and managing senior-level engineering talent across geo-distributed teams.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.

- Experienced leader with a strong background in scalable cloud services and distributed systems, comfortable managing complex, data-intensive search infrastructure.
