Experience building or scaling AI-driven validation workflows with adoption beyond self and measurable impact.
Proven track record of leading multi-team debug to root cause and productized fix, including crisis project leadership with owned decision points.
Experience building reusable validation methodologies or debug playbooks adopted by multiple teams or programs.
Familiarity working closely with counterpart engineering teams in India or other major global hubs with shared metrics and on-call responsibilities.
