About This Role
- Own and manage daily operational, compliance, and risk tracking and reporting processes for network infrastructure.
- Generate automated and standardized reports covering issue status, SLA tracking, risk aging, and trend analysis related to network compliance and risk.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of risk items and maintain audit-ready documentation of findings and remediation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years of professional experience in technical analysis, network risk/compliance, operations analysis, or technical reporting.
- Location requirement: Bangalore or Hyderabad with work from office and shift flexibility.
- Preferred certifications: CCNA or CCNP.
- Practical understanding of enterprise networking including Cisco/Arista/Juniper routing, switching, security/firewalls, and wireless systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on data analysis and network compliance risk evaluation within enterprise networking environments.
- Strong expertise in advanced Excel and scripting (Python/PowerShell) for automation of daily audit and reporting tasks.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure daily reporting deadlines and communicate complex technical risk issues effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
