About This Role
- Own systems analysis and preparation of functional specifications or user stories for large-scale Public Safety market applications.
- Act as primary business functionality contact between offshore development/test teams and onshore Product Owners, Product Managers, and BAs.
- Contribute to system testing, prioritize features, and support full development lifecycle including handling change requests and defects.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years total work experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and writing functional requirements or user stories for Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore development, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Work Location: Worli, Mumbai; Hybrid model requiring 12 days per month in office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing software requirements and functional specifications in Public Safety or related domain (familiarity preferred).
- Proficient with Agile SCRUM methodology including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story creation.
- Skilled at coordinating between onshore and offshore teams for business requirements, QA test planning, and resolving scope or delivery issues.
