Consistent experience in data administration or master data systems development, with understanding of data conversion, consolidation, and harmonization principles.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably JDE, Salesforce, or SAP; and prior shared service center exposure.
Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with internal and external collaborators.
Experienced in operational data management within compliance-driven environments and sophisticated ERP system requirements.
Strong collaborator able to work in virtual, distributed teams and manage stakeholder relationships to meet SLA and benchmark targets.
Analytical problem-solver with a focus on data accuracy, process improvements, and digital fluency in data operations and change management.
