About This Role
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-technology roles across multiple business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and execute effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Manage recruitment metrics tracking and ensure timely closure of open positions with a positive candidate experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically for non-technology roles.
- Experience hiring across functions such as Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Customer Support, Product/Business, or other corporate roles.
- Graduate degree required; Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Location: Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple hiring processes and stakeholders simultaneously in fast-paced or startup environments, preferably in travel, e-commerce or consumer internet sectors.
- Strong sourcing expertise across various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
- Capable of independently owning recruitment from sourcing through closure while maintaining stakeholder relationships and recruitment data accuracy.
