About This Role
- Manage and resolve HR service requests and queries within defined SLAs using HR service management tools.
- Administer employee lifecycle events including hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations in SAP SuccessFactors ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding including documentation, background checks, system access, and collaboration with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and IT.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors administration and employee data management.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in HR operations.
