About This Role
- Lead and develop a team of associate level transfer agency representatives delivering mutual fund transaction processing and service excellence.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure optimal team performance, compliance, and achievement of key performance measures.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to support employee retention, development, and high-quality customer service.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years of related industry and leadership experience; alternatively, Master's degree with 2 years related experience or high school with 4 years related experience.
- Experience in financial services operations required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Work Experience Required: At least 2 years in related experience or leadership, as explicitly indicated.
