About This Role
- Establish and optimize end-to-end loan lifecycle processes including origination, disbursement, repayments, and collections.
- Drive system-level improvements and automation to increase repayment and collections efficiency.
- Manage regulatory compliance, implement reconciliation controls, and lead cross-functional strategies to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of operations experience.
- Preferably B.Tech from a Tier-1 institution OR MBA from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institution.
- Prior experience in lending operations preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 2-3 years in Operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale operational processes in a lending or financial services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with capability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Comfortable working in agile, collaborative settings with emphasis on problem-solving and strategic execution.
