About This Role
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks covering React UI, Java APIs, and Oracle backend services.
- Manage multiple IT Quality teams or functional areas, including resource allocation, mentoring, and enforcing standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure project stability, deliver quality metrics, and manage organizational process changes in IT Quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation with focus on Java, React, and Oracle-based enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Core Java programming, Selenium for UI automation (React-based apps), and API testing frameworks such as RestAssured or Karate DSL.
- Mandatory experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

- Experienced leader with proven capability to manage multiple QA teams and lead automation strategy across complex, enterprise Java and React applications.
- Strong technical expertise in test automation frameworks, Java programming, and CI/CD integrations with hands-on execution of automation scripts.
- Able to collaborate effectively across global stakeholders and enforce quality standards while managing resource allocation and process improvements in IT Quality.
