About This Role
- Lead and manage a portfolio of client engagements in capital markets consulting with specialization in Trading, Risk Management, or Operations & Finance.
- Drive business analysis, solution design, client workshops, and ensure successful project delivery including post-implementation support.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop consulting teams while contributing to the growth of the Mumbai consulting practice and supporting business development activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
- 7+ years experience in Trading, Risk Management, Treasury, Operations, Finance, Capital Markets Consulting, or Financial Technology.
- Prior people management, mentoring, or leadership experience required.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in relevant capital markets or financial technology roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in capital markets functions such as Trading, Enterprise Risk Management, or Operations & Finance with deep functional expertise.
- Capable of leading complex client engagements, workshops, and pre-sales activities with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrates entrepreneurial and hands-on approach to help establish and scale a new consulting team in Mumbai.
