About This Role
- Design, develop, maintain and enhance responsive full-stack web portals, websites, and intranet applications integrating frontend, backend, and APIs.
- Translate business requirements into user-centric digital experiences, applying UI/UX principles, creating wireframes and prototypes, and improving digital journeys.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and integrate AI services to accelerate development, evaluation, and adoption of emerging AI capabilities in web applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years of hands-on full-stack web development experience.
- Strong proficiency in frontend (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or equivalent) and backend technologies (Node.js, .NET, Java or equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment (preferably Azure), REST APIs, security practices, and CI/CD workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging technology development with digital design and user experience, including UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity and practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and integrating AI services in web applications.
- Able to manage end-to-end development life-cycle from concept to deployment working across tech, design, and business teams in fast-paced environments.
