About This Role
- Manage release governance deliverables including release checklists, Confluence, and SharePoint repositories.
- Coordinate production and non-production release activities including SIT and UAT deployments and testing handover and fallback testing tracking.
- Support change requests and pre-implementation activities, collaborating with project teams and ensuring completion of the pre-implementation checklist.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with release coordination or release management processes.
- Knowledge of SDLC and release management.
- Technical or development background is an asset but not mandated.
- Availability aligned with North American/onshore business hours with flexibility during key release windows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Developers, QA, and Performance teams in a release environment.
- Comfortable working in a technically complex, multi-team environment with an understanding of SDLC workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks related to release governance and change management in a time-sensitive, geographically distributed context.
