Proven hands-on skills in Java or C#, automation framework development using Provar or Selenium, and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
Experienced in leading distributed QA teams and driving strategic quality assurance initiatives in Salesforce-heavy environments.
Deep familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, CLM tools (including Conga and DocuSign CLM), and billing platforms aligned with Lead-to-Cash processes.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating cross-functionally with product owners, developers, and legal teams to drive end-to-end test coverage and contract validation.
