About This Role
- Handle design, testing, and commissioning of Liquid or Gas Fiscal/Custody Transfer Metering systems including flow computers and metering skid software packages.
- Operate and maintain PLC/SCADA, HMI, Batch Controllers, and communication protocols (Modbus TCP/IP, RTU) for loading/unloading controllers.
- Generate technical reports, verify metering calculations according to standards (AGA-8, AGA-7, API), and support fault finding and system improvements during FAT.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of confirmed work experience, preferably in oil and gas domain.
- Hands-on experience with flow computers (S600+, OMNI, Emerson DeltaV), PLCs (ABB, AB, Siemens, Schneider), SCADA, HMI, and Batch Controllers.
- Proficiency in metering standards verification, Metering (AGA-8, AGA-7, API), and working knowledge of network, cybersecurity, and backup/restore processes.

- Experienced in complex flow measurement systems for Hydrocarbon custody transfer in liquid and gas sectors.
- Skilled in configuring and troubleshooting advanced automated measurement systems within oil and gas operational environments.
- Capable of producing detailed technical documentation and articulating findings effectively to engineering and project management teams.
