Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
7-12 years professional software engineering experience with demonstrated multi-team technical leadership.
Proficient in backend development using Java or C# with frameworks like Spring Boot; experience designing scalable, secure, internet-scale distributed systems.
Experience with REST/gRPC APIs, event-driven architecture (Kafka), Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, secure API design, PCI DSS or regulated payment compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in defining multi-team architectural standards, reusable platforms, and driving cross-functional alignment in complex engineering environments.
Strong background in financial technology domains like payments, fleet management, or mobility, with production exposure to secure, scalable service design.
Demonstrated capability to lead technical modernization, implement observability and resilience practices, and leverage AI tools and responsible AI design in production systems.
