About This Role
- Manage, maintain, and optimize HR systems performance and reliability within the Enterprise Technology team.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system requirements and develop HR systems interfaces across the Enterprise IT landscape.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, advise on data structure and integrity, and lead configuration and rollout of HR systems in multiple countries.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years working experience with HR systems including Ceridian/Dayforce, ATS, and workforce management systems.
- Proven experience delivering and configuring global applicant tracking (ATS) systems and HR systems rollout across multiple countries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- Technical proficiency in HR systems integration, API integrations, and strong understanding of data security principles related to HRIS.
