Experienced engineer comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative digital and cloud platform environment focused on operational excellence.
Proactive owner who can deliver automation, improve system reliability, and establish observability and health metrics (SLOs, SLAs) for complex platform services.
Technically skilled in monitoring, cloud infrastructure, scripting, incident analysis, and cross-team communication to support critical AI-enabled platform capabilities.
