About This Role
- Own design, development, and unit testing of complex features within core modules like Production Planning Engine and Payroll Calculation System.
- Translate technical design documents into clean, maintainable Java/J2EE code while optimizing SQL queries and maintaining Angular components.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers to improve code quality and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Multithreading).
- Working knowledge of Angular components and RESTful API integration.
- Experience with MSSQL or Oracle including stored procedures and query optimization.

- Experienced in enterprise product development within complex, multi-module applications.
- Capable of independently interpreting technical design documents and engaging in architectural discussions.
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and taking technical ownership including mentoring roles.
