Experienced in managing fund accounting operations with strong focus on accuracy, control adherence, and client service.
Demonstrates leadership capabilities in team management, coaching, and staffing decisions within a global/outsourced environment.
Capable of handling operational risk, regulatory compliance, and complex reconciliation and escalation processes.
