About This Role
- Lead design and enterprise-scale delivery of AI/ML solutions including LLM/GenAI features focused on reliability, security, and compliance.
- Drive technical standards, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to operationalise AI safely and efficiently.
- Accountable for building MLOps pipelines, secure APIs, and embedding governance and ethical AI controls within solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in software, ML, or AI with proven production delivery and technical leadership.
- Strong Python programming and software engineering skills with knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, Git-based CI/CD pipelines, and cloud AI stacks (Azure ML or GCP Vertex AI).
- Deep understanding of LLM fundamentals including prompting, embeddings, RAG workflows, and AI safety guardrails.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical leader capable of architecting scalable, secure AI/ML systems in enterprise environments with compliance needs.
- Expertise in operationalising ML models with MLOps tools like MLflow and automated workflows integrating LLMOps.
- Experience integrating AI models via secure microservices and enforcing role-based access controls and audit logging.
