Experienced in senior or strategic customer-facing roles with a deep AI-first approach using Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or related platforms.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex AI insights into executive narratives and strategic recommendations with strong business acumen.
Proven consultative skills guiding enterprise customers on achieving ROI through AI-powered Salesforce capabilities and defining AI governance in customer success contexts.
