Develop and customize workflows, rules, integrations using Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, RBAC models, and access certification campaigns.
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in IGA implementations with SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA platforms.
Mandatory skills: Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, Active Directory, LDAP, strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
Work Experience Required: 4 years
Experience in leading or mentoring team members and client-facing roles with strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and conduct requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
Strong expertise integrating AD and LDAP systems, configuring complex workflows, policies, and certifications in identity management context.
