About This Role
- Manage daily operations of contingent workforce program including onboarding, offboarding, and assignment changes.
- Ensure data accuracy within Vendor Management System and monitor compliance with policies and labor regulations.
- Generate and analyze workforce metrics reports to drive program performance and support process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, staffing, or contingent workforce management.
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems such as VNDLY, Beeline, or Fieldglass preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with reporting tools and AI tools preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience coordinating between staffing suppliers and internal stakeholders in a compliance-driven environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and streamlining workflows in a fast-paced HR operational setting.
- Skilled in using data and reporting for decision support and program optimization.
