Hands-on experience with SharePoint content management, provisioning virtual machine training environments (preferably Azure), Power BI analytics, Power Automate workflow automation, and end-to-end LMS operations (Cornerstone OnDemand preferred).
Work Experience Required: 8-12 years
Experienced in learning-business partnership and translating business capability needs into practical learning initiatives.
Strong technical operator with skills in SharePoint management, Azure VM provisioning, Power BI dashboarding, Power Automate flows, and CSOD LMS administration.
Capable of managing global, fast-paced learning operations with attention to detail, documentation, and multi-stakeholder communication.
