About This Role
- Identify and engage potential clients for website development or redesign services, converting leads into sales.
- Conduct consultations to understand client requirements, recommend appropriate website solutions, and explain packages, pricing, and timelines.
- Coordinate with design and development teams to communicate project requirements; prepare proposals and follow up with prospects to meet sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum experience: 6 months or more (Freshers can also apply).
- Location: Kolkata, onsite work required, shift timing 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Required skills include knowledge of websites, domains, hosting, basic digital marketing, and good communication; basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms (WordPress) advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or strong interest in website consulting, web sales, or IT services sales, preferably with B2B sales exposure.
- Ability to understand client business needs and effectively communicate technical website solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and understanding of SEO, website design, and digital marketing services is preferred.
