About This Role
- Support critical sales finance activities including month/quarter end close and management reporting updates.
- Drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning by analyzing trends and aligning with business and corporate objectives.
- Provide complex financial analysis and insights to influence business decisions and support cross-functional initiatives while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Minimum Requirements
- First level university degree in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
- Typically 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst with exposure to multiple finance functions.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial analysis skills.
- Work Location: Onsite at HPE office (explicit onsite requirement).
