About This Role
- Drive financial planning and analysis for Amazon India's Delivery Experience (DEX) team to improve delivery speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc analyses, and modeling; present strategic recommendations to business leadership.
- Develop controls, automate processes, manage cost trends, and proactively identify cost optimization opportunities across programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
- 4+ years applying financial KPIs and creating process improvements with automation.
- Must be Chartered Accountant or have an MBA in Finance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing finances in high-growth, cross-functional environments with measurable process improvements.
- Skilled in financial systems and large-scale data tools such as SQL, Tableau, Oracle, or SAP.
- Strong analytical capability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
