Design and govern enterprise application and systems architectures, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions and roadmaps.
Lead architecture and technical governance across multi-platform environments (AIX, Linux, Windows) supporting Java or .NET ecosystems and middleware for secure, scalable, resilient solutions.
Define architecture standards, conduct technology reviews, and collaborate with business, engineering, infrastructure, and vendors to deliver, modernize, and optimize enterprise platforms.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in enterprise technology, architecture, consulting, digital transformation, or large-scale IT modernization.
4+ years relevant experience in banking or financial services domain.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent; postgraduate degrees (MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc.) acceptable; MBA desirable.
Expertise in Java or .NET technology stacks, SOA, microservices, SaaS platform architecture, and engineering governance (unit testing, code quality, performance monitoring).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced enterprise architect with strong background in banking/financial services IT transformation and multi-platform system architecture.
Working knowledge of middleware technologies and modern engineering best practices with ownership of technical design and lifecycle consequences.
Capable of cross-team collaboration including vendors, cloud providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver governed and modernized technology portfolios aligned with strategic business goals.
