About This Role
- Lead and manage development teams of 10-15 members working on AOS-CX Switch OS roadmap including tools, OS infrastructure, platform software, and network/security protocols.
- Oversee project execution including resource allocation, risk management, schedule, budget, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
- Provide people management including hiring, performance monitoring, coaching, and career development for assigned team members.
Minimum Requirements
- BE/BTECH/MTECH degree mandatory.
- Minimum 10+ years total experience with at least 3 years in people management roles.
- Prior development experience in Networking and Embedded Systems using C/C++ and Python scripting.
- Work modality is Hybrid requiring 2 days/week onsite at HPE office.

- Experienced in embedded software development and network switch operating systems within complex, cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrates capability in managing large technical teams with accountability for delivery, cost, and scheduling.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and hardware/ASIC teams, comfortable with agile methodologies like SAFe and Scrum.
