Experience with Scrum or SAFe, software development lifecycle, Agile principles, and backlog management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Mandatory field-related experience (1 year) in Drilling, Completions, or Workovers.
Experienced in oil & gas drilling-related digital product environments with operational knowledge of well construction and execution workflows.
Hands-on understanding of engineering design processes like casing design, directional planning, completion design, and familiarity with rig/frac site digital applications.
Able to translate complex business problems into technical solutions, with strong communication for cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and decision-making.
