About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute scalable automation frameworks and automated regression suites across CRM (Veeva Salesforce), mobile/iPad, API, integration, and data pipeline applications.
- Lead manual and automated data validation for source-to-target mapping, transformation logic, and data quality checks across structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate AI-assisted testing and automation into CI/CD pipelines to improve coverage, accelerate release validation, defect analysis, and overall product quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years OR Master’s with 1–3 years OR Diploma with 7–9 years relevant QA automation experience.
- Hands-on experience in QA automation for CRM applications (Veeva/Salesforce), mobile (iOS), APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
- Technical expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark; API testing tools such as Postman; and automation frameworks like Selenium, Copado Robotic Testing, or equivalent.
- Experience with agile QA processes, defect tracking tools (JIRA), and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Experienced in end-to-end test strategy and automation for enterprise CRM, mobile, and data-heavy applications with complex data validation requirements.
- Proficient in applying AI-enabled tools for test creation, defect analysis, and automation maintenance within governed enterprise environments.
- Skilled in collaborating across engineering, product, and QA teams within an Agile/SAFe delivery environment to drive continuous quality improvement and release readiness.
