About This Role
- Design and operationalize enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, policies, and operating models to drive data maturity and governance capability roadmap.
- Lead data governance initiatives across business functions focusing on AI, analytics, digital programs, and enterprise data strategy using FAIR principles.
- Establish governance councils, data ownership models, risk management processes, and support compliance/audit readiness in data governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-16 years of relevant experience in data governance and data management.
- Strong expertise in defining and executing enterprise data governance frameworks and playbooks.
- Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra and platforms for data quality and master data management.
- Work Experience Required: 12-16 years relevant experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Background in data governance with knowledge of data quality, master data management, and unstructured data management.
- Experience in pharma or healthcare industries is preferred but not mandatory.
