Experience with data stewardship and maintaining system controls in regulated environments.
Experience with facility management, maintenance operations, asset lifecycle management, or Engineering Operations Services processes in regulated environments.
Comfortable using data-driven tools such as Power BI, Excel, dashboards, and analytics to support continuous improvement and decision-making.
Capable of managing change management, user adoption, training, and process standardization in a fast-paced, matrixed, cross-functional global environment.
