About This Role
- Support adoption, execution, and continuous improvement of Engineering Operations Services (EOS) and EHS systems and operational excellence programs.
- Maintain and validate engineering and facilities management system data, documentation, and reporting to ensure compliance and operational decision support.
- Coordinate program tracking, risk management, audit readiness, and stakeholder communication across multiple functions including Engineering, Facilities, and EHS.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Life Sciences, Information Systems, Business Operations, or related field.
- 5-9 years relevant experience supporting operations, facilities, maintenance, engineering or digital systems, data management, business process improvement, or program coordination.
- Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad and coordinate with global stakeholders across time zones.
- Experience with data stewardship and maintaining system controls in regulated environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with facility management, maintenance operations, asset lifecycle management, or Engineering Operations Services processes in regulated environments.
- Comfortable using data-driven tools such as Power BI, Excel, dashboards, and analytics to support continuous improvement and decision-making.
- Capable of managing change management, user adoption, training, and process standardization in a fast-paced, matrixed, cross-functional global environment.
