About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies; advise managers on employment matters.
- Lead HR operations including HRMS management, employee engagement initiatives, performance management, grievances, and retention strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years hands-on HR experience focused on hiring, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or related field.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environment.
- Location specific: Pune (Part-Time) or Vadodara (Full-Time).
