Experience in Elevator industry or similar engineering/manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Experienced leader with a track record of driving business transformation and productivity improvements in engineering or manufacturing contexts.
Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement teams to align improvement priorities.
Strong analytical skills and leadership capability to develop and coach teams in continuous improvement methodologies.
