Work Experience Required: 6–8 years in finance-related roles with transformation or technology project exposure.
Experience working in Finance Transformation or Client Profitability functions with a strong focus on automation and technology adoption.
Demonstrated capability in partnering with technology teams and using AI, automation, and analytics tools to drive business solutions.
Comfortable operating in collaborative, cross-functional environments while managing both hands-on delivery and process improvement leadership.
