Work Experience Required: 5–10 years in related finance automation and systems support roles.
Experience working within finance operations, specifically with Oracle Financials, sub-ledger accounting, and balance sheet reconciliation is advantageous.
Strong domain understanding of finance workflows, process automation, control frameworks, and change management.
Ability to coordinate projects, gather requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and vendor teams.
