About This Role
- Own full lifecycle coordination and delivery of leadership development programs including scheduling, logistics, evaluation, and reporting.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate leadership workshops and develop related program materials for diverse audiences.
- Manage stakeholder communications and vendor coordination, track budgets, timelines, risks, and administer program data in LMS/talent platforms with KPI reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in leadership development, L&D program management, or talent management, preferably client-facing or consulting.
- Experience facilitating leadership training sessions and creating polished program materials.
- Onsite work required in Betzdorf, Luxembourg, or Chennai, India for a 3-month contract starting ASAP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced operating within client-embedded L&D/HR functions managing leadership development programs end-to-end.
- Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders including participants, facilitators, coaches, and vendors in a matrix environment.
- Proficient in talent management practices and tools, including LMS administration and program metrics analysis.
