About This Role
- Oversee employee benefits claim settlements including verification, approval, task allocation, and MIS report preparation.
- Handle queries from employees and team via mails and calls and coordinate with Helpdesk for employee assistance.
- Drive process improvements, automation/digitalization efforts, and coordinate internal and external audits and BOT implementation on claim processing.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in operations or claims management.
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Outlook).
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience in employee-related accounting required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling end-to-end employee benefits claims and query resolution in a structured operations environment.
- Capable of managing team tasks, approvals, and MIS reporting with attention to quality and process improvement.
- Familiar with audit coordination and automation initiatives like BOT implementations in claims processing.
