About This Role
- Lead technical delivery and execution of Disaster Recovery (DR) failover-failback services for Hybrid Cloud platforms.
- Architect end-to-end DR solutions, including High Level Design documents and dependency mappings, securing stakeholder approvals and supporting BCP/DR projects and drills.
- Provide technical guidance across multiple infrastructure technologies (Servers, Storage, Network, Cloud, Virtualization, Databases), collaborating with customers, partners, and internal teams up to CXO level.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure and Data Center Technologies; 2-3 years specifically in BCP & DR domain.
- Must have mastery in infrastructure-level DR architecture, High Availability/Replication Solutions, Storage/Server design, and Automation/Orchestration platforms (e.g. Ansible, Azure DevOps).
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are optional.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hybrid cloud and on-premises DR solution design with ability to create HLD, LLD, and implementation documents for end-to-end data management workflows.
- Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders including CXO level, demonstrating strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proficient in at least two infrastructure domains beyond DR, such as Networking, Security, Server, Storage, Cloud, or Virtualization, with practical hands-on implementation experience.
