Experienced leader capable of managing a large, multi-shift global team with operational rigor over shift handovers and service delivery.
Strong strategic understanding of software licensing, compliance, and renewal complexities with demonstrated success in maintaining high-value publisher relationships and compliance standards.
Proven ability to deliver cost avoidance and operational automation at scale, with experience in audit defense, risk mitigation, and enterprise-level reporting.
