About This Role
- Own and manage a 24x5 Enterprise Software Asset Management and Corporate License Hosting operation with full accountability for shift structure, handovers, and service levels across APAC, EMEA, and NAMER regions.
- Lead renewal and true-up governance ensuring adherence to a 180-day renewal timeline, proper contract management through Deal Radar, and risk-free compliance and signature authority.
- Drive commercial outcomes including cost avoidance via reclamation and automation, maintain publisher relationships and audit readiness, and report on service performance and risk proactively.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–14+ years in software asset management, software category management, or software procurement including 4+ years managing a multi-shift or multi-region operations team.
- Deep expertise in software licensing models (SaaS, installed device-based, cloud-hosted, floating/concurrent, consumable credits) and compliance implications.
- Proven experience in managing renewal and true-up calendars, license compliance and audit defense postures, and leading 24x5 or follow-the-sun services with handover controls.
- Certification in software asset management or IT asset management is preferred but not mandatory; experience with Corporate License Hosting and M&A software integration is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Strong strategic understanding of software licensing, compliance, and renewal complexities with demonstrated success in maintaining high-value publisher relationships and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to deliver cost avoidance and operational automation at scale, with experience in audit defense, risk mitigation, and enterprise-level reporting.
