Must be comfortable working non-standard shifts including NAMER window (22:00–06:00 IST).
Experienced in managing operational teams in shift settings with ownership of escalations and compliance adherence.
Deep technical knowledge of software licensing models, floating-license server infrastructure, and legal/compliance frameworks involved in software asset management.
Demonstrated capability to engage with client stakeholders and publishers on complex technical and compliance issues, including audit and business review support.
