Experienced in leading cross-functional teams through product development from concept to launch within contact centre workforce management.
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to shape product strategy.
Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across sales, marketing, engineering, and customers to deliver user-focused product innovations.
