About This Role
- Lead design and development of enterprise-scale ITSM governance automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to improve compliance, reduce manual effort, and drive operational efficiency.
- Create and manage Power BI-based analytics and executive reporting platforms for KPI, SLA, risk, and compliance monitoring within ITSM processes.
- Establish governance standards, oversee platform security and integration, and provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams involved in automation and analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of total IT experience with 8+ years in automation, analytics, or enterprise platform engineering, including 5+ years hands-on Power Platform development.
- Strong knowledge and experience with ITIL and ITSM governance frameworks in regulated or governance-intensive environments.
- Technical skills in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, ServiceNow integration, REST/Graph APIs, Azure services, SQL/Azure SQL, and experience with data analytics and AI technologies.

- Experienced senior technologist and principal engineer capable of owning enterprise automation strategy and leading organizational transformation in ITSM governance.
- Comfortable with architecture-level thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and driving innovation through AI and advanced analytics within large regulated environments.
- Strong technical leadership skills with ability to mentor teams and influence automation direction across complex service management and operations functions.
